Oriental Chicken Wings

2 Cloves garlic — minced
1 tablespoon Ketchup
1/2 cup Honey
1/2 cup Soy sauce
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and let marinate for about 30 minutes. Arrange the wings in a pan & bake at 400 degrees F for 10-12 minutes - flip and bake until brown.

1 tablespoon Dry Sherry

Cucumber Dill Salad

1 pint sour cream
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1 tablespoon onion — grated
3 tablespoons fresh dill — chopped

1 quart premium quality vanilla ice cream
Maple syrup
Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Mix the sugar with the pecans on a baking tray and sprinkle with a little water to make a paste.
