Spicy Coleslaw
Ingredients
- 1/2 head green cabbage sliced thin
- 1/2 head red cabbage sliced thin
- 2 carrots shredded
- 1/2 red onion sliced thin
- 3 jalapenos chopped fine
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup mayonaise
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste

Instructions
- Mix green cabbage, red cabbage, jalapenos, and cilantro in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl whisk the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and cayenne until sugar is dissolved.
- Pour over slaw mix and toss well. Add the salt and pepper to taste and cover.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend.
