for my sons as well.

Lucky sometimes I add a little nutmeg to the sauce as
well. I also add Carrots and broccoli sometimes, just
to help me eat my veggies.

Still feeling pretty sick, but I’m not on my meds yet.
The process seems to be taking forever too.
Next I meet with a Diabetic educater and the
next day I meet with a diatician. I already started
the diet as soon as I found out, thanks to the
Diabetic association online. I wish I could eat more
meat.

Thank you all so much. I’m sorry I haven’t been around.
Summers are really busy for us Minnesotans. We do
everything in the summer because of our long winters.
I’ve been a little sick too and found out I have Diabetes
still haven’t met with the doctor since I found out.
I have so many questions.. don’t know how I could
have that?
