3 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
3 tablespoons warm water
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
2 tablespoons tahini
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, ground
1 teaspoon fresh garlic, ground
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons tamari
1 teaspoon rice wine
1 pound pasta (spaghetti or linguine)
scallions, chopped

Cook the pasta according to the package directions. In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients together. Once the pasta is done, add it to the bowl and mix to coat. Refrigerate and let marinate overnight. Garnish with chopped scallions.
