9 Veggie Stir Fry
1/2 cup broccoli, diced
1/2 cup carrots, sliced
1/2 cup zucchini, sliced
1/2 cup cabbage, sliced thin
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup green peppers, diced
1/2 cup green onion, chopped fine
1/2 cup bean sprouts
1/2 cup snow peas
Sauce:
red chili sauce
soy sauce
canola oil
2 cups white rice, uncooked
Get your wok really hot. Start cooking the rice according to the package directions. Saute the vegetables in the canola oil in the order listed above. Cook for about 5 minutes. Serve over rice with the sauce.
