Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy wealthy and wise! :nana: AND I didn’t even cheat! 😯

    I can sizzle like bacon,
I am made with an egg,
I have plenty of backbone, but lack a good leg,
I peel layers like onions, but still remain whole,
I can be long, like a flagpole, yet fit in a hole.

    What am I?

    A rope

I weaken all men for hours each day.
I show you strange visions while you are away.
I take you by night, by day take you back,
None suffer to have me, but do from my lack.

Thomas a Tattamus took two T’s,
To tie two tups to two tall trees,
To frighten the terrible Thomas a Tattamus!
Tell me how many T’s there are in all THAT!

Answer: Two. ‘Tees’ = ties; ‘Tups’ = rams.

😯 Glad you got that one England!

A bell signaled when the water got too deep to swim. A deaf woman goes out into the water, the bell rings, she doesn’t hear it and she drowns.

The man lives in a house boat, and is in the middle of the ocean with no fresh water around. 🙂

The music stopped. The woman dies. Why?
    🙂

The woman is a character in an opera, who “dies” at
the end of her song. ❓ ❓
