Welcome everyone…you all come back soon!

It is great, everything you have done for this board. Thank you!
nanaMemberSorry for your loss, I know had to be hard…you still have a good picture of her and many good memories, I’d guess. The fretting does happen to them a lot, especially if their master passes on. Had one like that…sad thing. Still a great picture though.
Night now…glad I really wasn’t just seeing things! 🙂nanaMemberon the picture…not video…a hat, mustache, beard & ole yellow dog…Was that you?
Oh well, maybe I am just seeing things…time to go to sleep I guess.nanaMembernice… but what happened to all the “hair” and the dog, is what I want to know? 😕 😉

nanaMemberI imagine there are a lot of things you have accomplished…many to be proud of!
There were many ups and downs in most of the things I have done. The driving and cooking are probably my favorite.
Only a few that I really enjoyed…many I disagreed with the way things were, or weren’t done…a lot of “downsizing” that equaled being trained in other areas.
I was lucky–or unlucky which ever way you’d think of it.
When I was a divorced-widowed, single mother I was the only one I could count on to make ends meet. I HAD to learn a lot of different things.
nanaMemberTruthfully, a lot of them were boring too. Guess that was mainly why I was always looking for something I’d like better.
Our most important JOB was being a momma! No way that was ever boring!!!!!!!!!
Got to admit WE made it through that…even done a job WE can forever be proud of!!
Be proud of all you have done…even the mistakes, if you learned something by them!!!!!
nanaMemberYep, was a “dirty ole steel hauler” in Florida (a four state area) for a few years, 1st woman driver the branch had, third for the company…than in Ohio, pulled all kind of stuff on a flatbed cross-country(1st for that company too, both semi tractor trailer) for a few more years…drove an ice truck some, and a service truck off and on (both them just single box. Have driven in around 40 of the states. Loved the driving, that’s for sure! Nothin’ liked getting paid to see the country.
Guess you could say I have been a lot of different things…a lot of different interests & schooling/training.
