I have never run them so i don’t know sorry.I have never needed.I think it might be worth you trying though.
the other one that comes up about 1/2 as much as winfix…it is one of those 3 that the security thing wants you to download.
Do you use msn messenger at all.just thinking I might be able to fix it from here for you if you do.

Okay we will get it sorted out one way or another even if I have to take you through everything step by step on messenger.
Sorry we were under attack from an ip in turkey.not sure how they attacked us yet but had no or slow connections for a while.
5 times since trying to post I have been knocked off internet connection( never happened before)…tried to post before & lost it so had to retype message.
I have done both you said. Thank you. I will let you know later today if it works better. I have to get up in 3 and a half hours to go away so I better get off here for now.
I hope the attackers give up & leave you alone.
