January 13, 2007 at 7:54 am #32269GeorgieannaParticipantshe finds Lilly coming in from the living room. I hope you don’t mind that I took it upon myself to go and look at the living room. It’s been such a long time and it brings back memories both good and bad just being here. Sarah, feeling a bit shaky by what she just heard, told her it was quite alright that she had gone to look around. I have your room ready for you whenever you’re up to it. Would you want me to warm your tea? No, said Lilly, I am very tired and it was a long walk so I think I’ll take you up on the offer now and we can talk more in the morning. With that Lilly headed toward the stairs just as if she had been doing it everyday nonstop. Well, have a good night, Sarah said, I’ll see you in the morning and hopefully you’ll have had a good rest. With that Sarah picked up the teacups and placed them in the kitchen sink. She was uneasy with Lilly there but was certain that in the brightness of the day everything would make sense and she could once again feel at ease. She headed toward the stairs also and then paused to lock the door before heading up. Back in her room, Sarah tossed for nearly an hour with worry on her mind before she finally drifted off to sleep.

It seemed to Sarah that she had just went to sleep when she woke up with a start. With the light from the full moon shinning through the curtains, (there ya go England! 😉 ) she sees this dark looming shadow standing at the end of her bed! Sarah’s heart starts pounding, her hands start shaking, and then…

So, I`m thinking, how could she answer the non existent phone and switch on a bedside light when there is no electric?
😕 😕 😕January 13, 2007 at 6:14 pm #32415generallParticipantshe thought she could see the form of a person. Lily, is that you? she called, her voice sounding odd to her ears. There was no reply, her own breathing the only sound in the room. She shut her eyes tightly, opened them again and the apparition was gone. Just then, she heard footsteps running in the hall. I thought I heard some one scream, Lily said as she hurried into the room. I must have had a dream, Sarah replied. Then she noticed Lily was still dressed and she wondered if Lily had been to bed at all…

😕 😕 😕oops 😯 inconsistencies in the story!! Hey, I’m new at this and that”s why we need you”re input England 🙂
sugestions:
1. the phone rang, even though it wasn’t hooked up!
2. there is no phone, the ringing is in her head 😆
3. It was her alarm {it’s a wind up and who knows why it was set for 2:AM}
4. she’s having a bad trip.
5. In her stupor, she imagined she switched on a light,
6 she needs to sober up.January 13, 2007 at 10:40 pm #32454GeorgieannaParticipantit was a wind up clock and a cell phone and a battery-run lamp she keeps by her bedside table. Golly, do we hafta splain everything to you dumb men?
January 13, 2007 at 10:49 pm #32457generallParticipantEngland is just observant, he’d make a good detective 8) Besides,what would we do without the great guys in this forum 🙂 🙂
