It was a real good sunset last night – hard to describe – all the different colours of the clouds etc. Then we listened to the evening chorus of the birds.
TV was useless last night, so we watched a dvd: “On Golden Pond”
it was OK, Henry Fonda played the grumpy grandad very well 😀
Well, Charlie and me are off to church soon, wonder if it will be full like last Sunday 😯 ?Then I`ve got to think on what I`m going to have for lunch – I think I know what I`ll be getting 😉

I love the movie Golden Pond and find myself quoting from it a lot. All I have to do is look in the mirror and think “Who the hell is in this picture.” 😆

It`s another fine day today, wind is blowing a bit, but the sky is blue, few clouds and the sun is hot.
It`s real quiet today, real quiet. Apart from the wind blowing 🙂
The church was full again yesterday, don`t know where all the people come from 😕 but it was good.
We had a relaxing day, sitting in the garden talking and we got a visit from a few friends, so a bottle of wine was opened for the ladies and a few cool beers for the guys – I was drinking fresh orange juice.Today is house-cleaning, whole lot of work to do 😉 so I`ll be prety busy, but I`ll keep sneaking back to check on you guys 😉

A 10 minute tea break, then it`s back to cleaning. We got all the upstairs all done and cleaning again. Next it`s the downstairs rooms & kitchen.
Once that is all done, I`m going to have a cool beer sitting in the garden
OK gotta go, Charlie`s calling……….. :wave:
It`s now 00.19am and Charlie and I are real tired, real tired.
We have had friends over here for what seems ages and ages.
They all brought food, lots & lots of food and drinks 😀
Everyone – nearly everyone – has gone home.
Some of the guys want to drink more beer, but Charlie has said her orders 😯
I`m glad she did, I`m so tired – and old – they are all leaving now, they are real good people, we will see all them at the weekend. I love friends, but I`m real tired now

sounds as though a good time was had by all. I had friends round the other day and time just flys, but you have to listen to your body and if it says “I NEED TO SLEEP” just close your eye and start giving out the ZZZZZZZZZZs.
good friends will understand and quietly leave….. Pushing yourself to far is a BIG :nonono:This will make a good wallpaper for a computer 8) 8) 8)
