Lucky, what color is #10? On your black stove it’s hard to tell. A hint of some kind please?

#10 is about the same color as worcestershire sauce……….but it’s not worcestershire sauce

Although I do use sea salt and black pepper in this dish, they are not pictured ………..

one more hint;
two of the ingredients have the same “last name”…….
