I am in central Texas about 50 miles east of Waco and half way between Dallas and Houston on I-45.

…so that must make you near Killeen there abouts. Was there and to Ft Hood about this time year before last for a weekend.

Killeen is west of Waco but I am not but about 75 miles from there.

It was pretty nice down in there…still know a few people who live & moved to that area & in Houston have a cousin.

Like I said welcome to the board & I hope you enjoy…but I gotta run now.

I see you are in Indiana. I have a good friend who lives in Elkhart. I hope someday to be able to visit with her.

I live about 30 miles from Elkhart. I hope you get to make the trip sometime to see your friend. It’s a long trip, but nice drive.

Her address now is Mishawaka, In. I forgot that she had moved.

That’s just a little farther up the road…if you ever get to go there…if you like hot wings give Wings Etc Restaurant & Pub on Ireland Rd in South Bend a try…great wings and other things…it’s a Pub but has a family area…use to go there a couple of times a year when all the kids were still home.

It’s not too far from Mishiwaka…maybe 10 or so miles.
