So I think I will go out on the town
Look out world I’m coming around.
Full of vigor and vim and hot to trot…

I picked a daisy that said forget-me-not

I’ve eaten plenty of peas, carrots, beans
Now I can fit in my favorite jeans!

If I can keep this up for life
I might make someone a pretty good wife :dunno:

But if I gain all of that weight back
Someone will still love me even if I get fat! 😉

I guess the moral is always true
Beauty it seems is in the eye of the beholder. 😕

I’m doing good, I’m as slim as can be
But gosh I sure don’t want any more peas!

You can have the broccoli and carrots
I’ll take the cabbage and peas
And then we both can be happy and
Also pretty to please

The corn and the beets,
The potatoes and greens
We have to eat those
So we won’t bust our seams!

And if we do, as you once said
A good ole man will love us instead 🙄

I go to the garden and am shocked to see
The dog has went in and dug up my beans!
He dug up the corn, and the cabbage too
Now just what are we going to do?

I guess we’ll just have to start anew
And hope it’s still time to grow some for winter stew

The labor, the sweat, and planting again
