Croutons make every salad better! It is also a great way to make use of old bread.<\/p>\n

1 tablespoon Butter
\n5 tablespoons Light Oil
\n2 each Garlic cloves minced
\n1 teaspoon Oregano
\n1 teaspoon Thyme
\n5 each Day old bread<\/p>\n

Melt butter in skillet then add oil. Mix in remaining ingredients.
\nCut 5 slices of day old bread and remove crusts. Cut into 1\/2″ cubes.
