A friend sent me this recipe the other day and it sounds so delicious. This recipe comes from Mary Crafts, co-owner of Culinary Crafts<\/a>. Culinary Crafts<\/a> is a well known catering company based out of Utah.
\nServes 15<\/p>\n

Marinade for chicken:
\n<\/strong>1\/2 cup soy sauce
\n1\/4 cup sweet chili sauce
\n1 tsp sesame oil<\/p>\n

Marinate the chicken in soy sauce mixture for 4 hours (up to 24 hours).
\nSpread marinated chicken on baking sheet and roast at 350<\/span> until done, about 25 minutes.
\nCool and slice into 1 inch strips<\/p>\n

Dressing:
\n<\/strong>1 green onion
\n1\/2 cup of white rice wine vinegar
\n1\/4 cup orange juice concentrate
\n1\/4 cup water
\n1 tsp dry mustard
\ndash of Tabasco
\n1\/2 cup canola oil and 1\/2 cup olive oil
\n2 tsp grated fresh ginger
\n1 tablespoon sesame oil
\nZest from 1 orange (save segments to use as garnish)
\n4 lbs of boneless chicken thighs<\/p>\n

Combine all the dressing ingredients in a blender and mix well.<\/p>\n

Garnish:
\n<\/strong>Orange segments (seeds removed)
\nSesame seeds (black and white), tossed
\nAvocado
\nGreen Onion<\/p>\n

Toss the chicken strips with the dressing and garnish with the orange slices and toasted sesame seeds.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
