It’s Friday!\u00a0 Time to party!\u00a0 Fiesta!!!\u00a0 I picked up some fresh avocados at the market today.\u00a0 So that means it’s time for Guacamole!\u00a0 Why use that pre-made crap when you have all the fresh ingredients at you finger tips?<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
3\u00a0 ripe Hass avocados, pitted and peeled
\n2 Tbs\u00a0 fresh lime juice
\n1\/4 cup \u00a0 sour cream
\n1\/4 tsp ground cumin
\n3-4 dashes Tabasco sauce
\nSalt, to taste
\nFreshly-ground black pepper, to taste
\n3 \u00a0 ripe plum tomatoes, seeded, and cut into 1\/4″ dice
\n1\/4 cup\u00a0\u00a0 diced (1\/4″) red onion
\n1\/4 cup\u00a0 chopped fresh cilantro leaves<\/p>\n
Coarsely mash the avocados in a bowl with the lime juice. Stir in all the remaining ingredients.\u00a0 Enjoy!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
