1 lb. sirloin tip steaks or round steaks
\n2 teaspoons dried oregano
\n2 teaspoons minced garlic
\n1\/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
\n2 teaspoons oil
\n1\/4 cup lemon juice<\/p>\n

Sauce:
\n1\/3 cup plain yogurt
\n1\/2 teaspoon dried dill
\n1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
\n1 teaspoon minced garlic<\/p>\n

Combine spices and oil and press into meat of both sides. Cut meat into 1-inch cubes and toss with lemon juice and let stand for 5 minutes. Thread on skewers.
