Ingredients
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup Anjou pear
  • ½ cup low-fat yogurt
  • ½ cup curly kale, stems removed
  • 2 tablespoons organic flaxseed oil
  • juice of ½ lemon
