Spicy Roasted Red Potatoes
4-6 medium red potatoes, cut in half, then quartered
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
cayenne pepper, to taste
salt, to taste
fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and toss until the potatoes are evenly coated. Transfer potatoes into a baking dish. Cook for about 45 minutes, tossing the potatoes every so often. The potatoes should be crispy on the outside and tender in the middle.
Serves 2-4
