<\/a><\/p>\n For the meatballs:<\/p>\n 1 lb ground chicken For baking:<\/p>\n 12 oz marinara sauce To make the meatballs:<\/p>\n Preheat oven to 400\u00b0 F. Add all of the meatball ingredients to a large bowl and combine gently using a fork.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Use a 2-inch ice cream scoop to portion out the meatball mixture, shape each into a ball with your hands.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Heat the olive oil in a large cast iron skillet and brown the meatballs on all sides.<\/p>\n

\n1 large egg, beaten
\npinch of red pepper flakes
\n2 tbsp olive oil<\/p>\n
\n8 oz mozzarella cheese
\n2 tbsp Parmesan cheese<\/p>\n
