1 romaine lettuce heart, chopped
\n1 bulb endive lettuce, chopped
\n1 bunch watercress, trimmed
\n1 cup walnut pieces, toasted
\n1\/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
\n2 Tbs red wine vinegar
\n1\/2 cup Gorgonzola
\n1 pear, sliced
\nSalt, to taste
\nFreshly-ground black pepper, to taste<\/p>\n
1. Combine the lettuce and walnuts.
\n2. In a small bowl, whisk oil into vinegar. Stir in the cheese and pear slices. Toss salad and season with salt and pepper, to your taste.<\/p>\n
