These pickled red onions can be made quickly and taste great on wraps and sandwiches.<\/p>\n

1\/2 cup apple cider vinegar
\n1 tablespoon sugar
\n1 1\/2 teaspoons kosher salt
\n1 red onion, thinly sliced<\/p>\n

Whisk first 3 ingredients and 1 cup water in a small bowl until sugar and salt dissolve.<\/p>\n

Place onion in a container; pour vinegar mixture over.<\/p>\n
