2 tilapia filets
\n1 tablespoon olive oil
\n1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
\n4 thin slices heirloom tomatoes
\n1\/2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
\nsalt & black pepper, to taste
\n2 lemon wedges for serving<\/p>\n
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.<\/p>\n
Grease a baking pan with some olive oil.\u00a0 Place the tilapia filets in the pan.\u00a0 Drizzle with fresh lemon juice.\u00a0 Season with salt and pepper, to taste.<\/p>\n
Place 2 tomato slices on top of the filet.\u00a0 Drizzle with some olive oil, then season both filets with Italian seasoning.<\/p>\n
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.<\/p>\n
Serve with lemon wedges,<\/p>\n
