1 1\/4 cups Original Bisquick<\/a>
\n1\/4 cup margarine or butter, softened
\n2 tablespoons boiling water
\n1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (4 ounces)
\n(6-ounce) cooked bacon, chopped
\n4 medium green onions, sliced (1\/4 cup)
\n1 1\/2 cups half and half
\n3 eggs
\n1\/2 teaspoon salt
\n1\/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)<\/p>\n

Heat oven to 400\u00b0F. Grease pie plate, 9 x 1 1\/4 inches. Stir Bisquick<\/a> and margarine until blended. Add boiling water; stir vigorously until soft dough forms. Press dough on bottom and up side of pie plate, forming edge on rim of pie plate.<\/p>\n

Sprinkle cheese, bacon and onions over crust. Beat half-and-half and eggs; stir in salt and red pepper. Pour into crust.<\/p>\n

Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
