1 roasting chicken, rinsed and patted dry
\nKosher salt
\nFreshly ground black pepper
\n4 cloves garlic
\n1\/4 cup honey, warmed<\/p>\n

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.\u00a0 Season the chicken inside and out with salt and pepper.\u00a0 Place the garlic cloves inside the cavity of the chicken. Place on a roasting pan and bake for 30 minutes.\u00a0 Reduce the heat to 375 degrees F and cook for another 15 minutes.\u00a0 Brush the chicken with the honey and return to the oven for another 15-20 minutes or until cooked through and no longer pink.<\/p>\n
