\"Sauteed<\/a>This recipe is so simple, but when you are using fresh corn, the flavor is wonderful. I also don’t like eating my corn off the cob, so I prefer to cut it off before eating.<\/p>\n

4 ears fresh corn
\n1 tablespoon butter
\n1\/2 tablespoon water
\nsalt, to taste
\nfresh cracked black pepper, to taste<\/p>\n

Using a knife, carefully cut the corn kernels from the cob. Place into a small saute pan or sauce pan along with the butter, water, salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat while stirring. After about 5 minutes, turn to low and cover until you are ready to serve. Stir occasionally.<\/p>\n
