\n1\/2 cup white chocolate chips
\nwhipped topping
\nblue sugar crystals
\ncandy sprinkles \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>
\nProcedure: <\/strong>
\nIn a small sauce pan combine 1\/4 cup milk and \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tchips.
\nHeat over medium heat, whisking until chocolate \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tmelts.
\nStir in remaining milk and heat to warm.
\nPour into glasses.
