1 clove garlic, chopped
\n1 teaspoon paprika
\n1\/4 teaspoon ground coriander
\n1\/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
\n1\/4 teaspoon salt
\n4 center-cut loin pork chops (4oz each) 3\/4″ thick
\n3\/4 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
\n1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice<\/p>\n

Combine the garlic, paprika, coriander, black pepper and salt.
\nSprinkle both sides of chops.\u00c2\u00a0 In a large nonstick skillet combine broth and lemon juice. Mix well. Add Pork and simmer,covered, over low heat for about 30 minutes.\u00c2\u00a0 Pour broth mixture from skillet into a glass measuring cup; cool slightly and set aside.\u00c2\u00a0 Place chops in same skillet. Heat over medium heat turning once until browned and heated through about 2 to 3 min. Remove chops cover with foil to keep warm.\u00c2\u00a0 Using a spoon, skim fat from sauce.
\nReturn broth to skillet. Bring to boil, stirring, over medium heat until reduced slightly, about 2 minutes. Spoon lemon sauce over pork chops. Serve immediately.<\/p>\n
