\nThis tasty steak dish is easy to make and the beef just melts in your mouth.<\/p>\n

2 (5oz.) beef tenderloin filets
\nsalt & black pepper, to taste
\nOlive oil
\n1 tablespoon butter
\n1 teaspoon horseradish<\/p>\n

Melt the butter and mix with the horseradish in a bowl. \u00a0Set aside.<\/p>\n

Get a cast iron skillet hot over medium heat.<\/p>\n

Season the filets on both sides with salt and fresh cracked black pepper.<\/p>\n

Place a drop of olive oil in the pan then add the filets.<\/p>\n

Cook for 4-5 minutes and then flip.<\/p>\n

Spoon the butter mixture over the filets and cook for another 2-3 minutes.<\/p>\n

Remove from heat, let rest for 2-3 minutes and then serve.<\/p>\n
