Vanilla Sugar

I love to use this sugar on my French toast or even in my coffee.
1 vanilla bean, whole
2 cups granulated sugar
Take the vanilla bean and slice it down the side. Next, use the back of a knife and scrape the seeds into and airtight container with sugar. Bury the bean in the sugar and seal it with a lid....
