Lemon Soup

6 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup orzo
2 eggs
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt and white pepper, to taste
Bring broth to a boil. Add orzo and cook until tender about 10 minutes. Remove from heat. In a bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Add water to lemon juice and slowly add to egg mixture....
