Mini Spinach Calzones

I was surprised at how good this recipe was. This makes a great snack or appetizer.
5 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
4 ounces reduced fat cream cheese
2 tbs green onion, finely chopped
1 tbs grated Parmesan cheese
10 ounce package pizza dough
1 tbs milk
water
pepper, to taste
