Uncle Fred’s BBQ Brisket

Ingredients:
5 lb. fresh beef brisket
2 oz bbq brisket rub (recipe suggestion)
1 pints beer
1 large spanish onion
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1 lb. chipotle pepper
Procedure:
Chop the chipotle pepper, and onion then add it to a bowl with the 1/4 of the spice rub and the beer and vinegar to make a marinade.
