I’ve always wanted to make some april fools ones with popcorn in them!
I love making these. My poor 1964 sewing machine has run over more rice then you could ever imagine! I add lavender & chamomile for relaxing aroma. I like to bag and freeze them too. I seen a pattern once to make slippers that have rice in the sole to keep the tootsies warm. I pop a couple bean bag size ones in my bra or pockets on really cold days! :sailor:

I love popcorn balls! My uncle jr. remembers his mama making them with sorghum. I could probably replace/fractionate the corn syrup with some sorghum to get the flavor grandma made in Arkansas?

Do you have any certain type of recipe in mind like an etouffe` or? I would think you could substitute any white fish for shellfish and chicken or beef for pork, depending on the recipe. If you have a recipe in particular I can help you tweek it to fit.

Is the pate` & garlic put on the bottom crust before the steak is placed on the dough? I’m missing where that goes in the recipe! Thanks! This is a keeper!
