I realize that this is an older post, but this dish just sounds phenomenal! I absolutely love shrimp and coleslaw. Mixing those two items together seems like a dream come true, for sure! That’s it! I think I’ve decided that I’m going to make this dish around this weekend! Every weekend I spend time making a new recipe and this will definitely be the one! I just hope that I’m able to make the tortilla cones without screwing it up. LOL.

Once again, a dish that I’ve never heard of. I mean, I did search “red cabbage and cranberries” in yahoo and it DOES appear that it’s a common dish — but why haven’t I heard of it? Oh well! Anyway, this is another dish I think I may try at some point. Of course, I think I would like to try it from someone else before going through the process of making it. Unless you can perhaps answer some questions. Is this supposed to purely be a desert (meaning is it really sweet) or is this just supposed to be a semi-sweet side dish? Thanks!

That recipe sounds positively divine. . .especially nice considering I’m an apple fanatic. LOL. Interesting use of the parenthesis around the “baked” too. I never would have thought that you could essentially microwave a home-made desert and make it sound (and more than likely taste) so delicious. Besides, why would we need to bake this dish anyway? Granola is already crunchy and apples don’t need any sort of darkening or crispiness.

Thanks for posting this, Lucky! Sounds yummy!
