1 pkg. Chocolate Cake Mix
1 pkg. Chocolate Instant Pudding
6 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, softened
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
12 oz Cream Cheese
3 oz. BAKER’S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
1 oz. BAKER’S White Chocolate
8 oz. tub Whipped Topping
