24 cups seeded, cubed watermelon
32 cups water
2 cups sugar
2 cups fresh lime juice
Garnish: watermelon wedges
Process watermelon in a blender until smooth. Pour pureed melon into a large soup pot; stir in water, sugar, and lime juice. Cover and chill at least 8 hours.
Transfer to punch bowl and Stir;
serve over ice in tall glasses. Garnish, if desired.
