50 hamburger buns split
7 lb flaked tuna drained
3 small onions, minced
3 c. celery minced
5 c. light or nonfat mayonnaise
100 cheese slices
Combine tuna, onion, celery and mayonnaise and spread on split buns to
make open face sandwiches. Bake on cookie sheets at 350F for 20-25
minutes, (watch that the buns don’t get too crispy)
or until topping is hot. Top each with a slice of cheese and
return to oven for another 5 minutes, or until cheese melts.
1 serving is 2 open face sandwiches.
