    SURIMI SEAFOOD PASTA PRIMAVERA

    COOKING TIME: 15 minutes (+)

    shredded, thawed if necessary
    3 lbs. Dry Fettucini Pasta
    3 quarts Frozen Mixed Carrots, Peas and Corn,
    thawed
    Shredded Parmesan Cheese
    * Lemon Cream Sauce

    * Lemon Cream Sauce
    9 Tbsp. Butter
    12 Large Garlic Cloves, minced
    9 Tbsp. Flour
    9 cups Whole Milk

    6 Tbsp. Lemon Zest, grated

    Salt and White Pepper – as needed

    Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat; add garlic and saute, stirring (2 minutes). Add flour; cook, stirring (2 minutes). Add milk; cook, stirring (approximately 10 minutes) until thickened. Stir in juice, zest and thyme; cook, (stirring 3 minutes). Season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
