    1 pd. uncooked spaghetti
    1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. ricotta cheese
    1 tblsp. italian seasoning
    4 egg whites
    1/4 c. chopped fresh basil
    2 chopped tomatoes
    4 slices provolone cut into fourths

    Heat oven 350. Spray 9×3 pan with cooking spray. Cook spaghetti, rinse. Combine parmesan, ricotta, italian seasoning and egg whites in bowl. Toss with spaghetti to coat. Press half spaghetti in bottom of pan. Sprinkle with half basil and top with half tomatoes and half provolone. Press remaining spaghetti mixture. Sprinkle with remaining basil, top with remaining tomatoes. Place remaining provolone on top, bake for 30 mins. Let stand 15 mins.
