SIX -IN-ONE DINNER
A layer of sliced (3/8″) raw red potatoes
A layer of sliced raw (1/4″) Vidalia or Bermuda onions
2 c. hamburger, browned
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper, sprinkled over meat
1/2 c. raw rice, sprinkled over meat
1 qt. stewed tomatoes
(for a zippier meal, substitute tomatoes with green chillies, with liquid)
1 green pepper, jullienned
Salt and pepper to taste

Pam cooking spray
Place layers in above order in lightly-sprayed deep casserole or deep baking dish. Dot with butter
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or longer.
