8 boxes dried scalloped potatoes
2 gallons milk, heated
2 gallons water
8 to 10 lb. diced ham
6 cans cheddar cheese soup, diluted
Use 3 electric roasters. Mix all ingredients and divide between roasters. Bake for 2 hours at 350 degrees. Last hour turn heat down to 250 to 300 degrees. If they become too dry, add a little more warm milk.
