    Punch for 100 People

    7 qts. water

    2 (12 oz.) cans frozen orange juice

    2 (12 oz.) cans frozen lemonade

    2 (46 oz.) pineapple juice

    6 cups sugar

    4 small pkg. strawberry Kool-Aid

    4 qt. ginger ale

    Make a syrup of water and sugar by combining ingredients in pan on stove. Bring to a boil, reduce heat & simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. Let cool.

    Add orange juice, lemonade, pineapple juice and Kool-aid. Put in a large container and chill well.

    When ready to use, add punch mixture & ginger ale in equal portions (such as 2 qts. ginger ale to 1/2 of punch mixture).

    Can be made ahead and stored for days


    PUNCH FOR 100

    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
    1/2 gal. pineapple sherbet
    5 (46 oz.) cans Hawaiian Punch
    1 (28 oz.) bottle ginger ale

    Mix ice cream, sherbet and punch just until slightly incorporated. Add ginger ale when ready to serve.



    2 sm. pkgs. cherry flavored gelatin
    1 c. sugar
    4 pts. cranberry juice cocktail
    2 c. frozen lemonade, undiluted
    2 lg. cans frozen orange juice
    2 lg. cans pineapple juice
    4 qts. ginger ale, chilled

    Prepare gelatin as directed. Add sugar, cranberry juice and lemonade. Dilute orange juice as directed and add to other juices. Freeze in milk cartons. Add ginger all at serving time.
