    Pickle Roll Ups

    1 jar whole kosher dills (refrigerator section:

    6 oz. Cream cheese (softened) 2 pkg. Corned Beef.

    Spread softened creamed cheese 2 of 3 slices of corned beef (overlap beef.
    Roll dry pickle in the beef. This step is extremely important, otherwise the pickle won’t stick to the creamed cheese. Overlap corned beef.
    Roll dry pickle in the beef. Refrigerate overnight.
    Slice pickles forming circles (I like about 1 inch slices.) Place on plate with toothpicks.
    Best Served when cold.
    Keep refrigerated.
