cream with mixer:
2 cups cream cheese, room temperature (about 1 lb.)
Add and stir in:
two 6 oz. jars marinated artichoke hearts drained and chopped (save oil)
1/2 cup chopped black olives (packed)
1 tsp. onion powder
1 rounded tsp. french or italian herb blend
6 T. artichoke oil
serve as a dip or sandwich spread.
instead of cream cheese use grated cheddar, Jack or -even cottage or ricotta cheese
optional: add green olives with pimento
This is also good in omelettes or as a stuffing for manicotti! YUM! ENJOY!
