    Hot ‘n Sweet Skillet Corn

    6 ears corn
    1 TBL butter
    3 TBL diced shallots, diced
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp ground black pepper
    1 TBL brown sugar (light or Dark, whatever you prefer)
    1 TBL honey
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

    Cut the corn off of the cob.
    Melt 1 TBL of the butter in a saute pan
    Add shallots and cook on medium-high heat until they are translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Add the corn and cook until tender.
    In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, honey and cayenne pepper well to combine Stir into corn mixture to cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
    Great side dish!
