Actually, there is no recipe for this one. I make this usually at the desires of the moment for flavors, This one is more traditional.
I used a store bought dough that I pressed out into the pie pan, I pre bake the dough about 5 minutes before adding the toppings. (Sometimes I use a sourdough bread mix and use the “dough mode” in the bread maching and add a tablespoon or two of parmesan cheese).
I added the sauce (a leftover spaghetti sauce for this one,) and my toppings were Pepperoni, black olives, green olives, mushrooms, green bell pepper,, sliced vidalia onions and sausage(( took a breakfast sausage patty and crumbled iit then added garlic powder and onion powder then fried it)and the cheeses (Mozarella, parmesan and romano).
I had enough toppings that I did it in 2 layers (deep dish?).

Oh,.. and btw here is my pizza knife,.. it’s the best,. works a whole lot better than a knife or a pizza roller/cutter thingy..
