    5 lbs. ground ham loaf (3 lbs. ground
    ham, 1 lb. ground pork, 1 lb. ground veal)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 c. dry bread crumbs
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk

    Mix together and form into individual servings (about 30) or into a loaf like any meat loaf. Bake 350 degrees for about one hour. –BROWN SUGAR SAUCE FOR HAM LOAF:–

    1 1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    3 3/4 tsp. dry mustard

    Boil these ingredients until a thin syrup. Pour fat off ham during last half hour of baking. Pour syrup over ham – baste twice before removing from oven. January 28, 1973
