    Fried Dill Pickles

    Drain dill slices on paper towels to get excess moisture off.

    Dip in batter:

    1 egg slightly beaten
    1 cup milk
    2 Tbsp vegetable oil

    Mix until dry ingredients are well moistened.
    Coat pickle slices with batter.
    Fry in hot oil 375 degrees until just golden.
