    Dried Beef Cheeseball

    1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened

    1 Tbsp prepared horseradish
    1/3 cup pimento stuffed green olives

    Blend first three ingredients. Stir in olives. Shape into ball & roll in shredded dried beef.
